ONLINE LOANS AUSTRALIA
WHAT IS AN ONLINE LOAN?
An online loan is a loan that you apply for, sign and receive without visiting a branch. These online loans are the same regulated Cash Loans (Small Amount Credit Contracts) or Personal Loans (Medium Amount Credit Contracts) with the same responsible lending checks. In other words, applying online only changes how you apply, not how carefully the application is assessed.
Sure Cash Finance provides loans online as a licensed Australian credit provider (ACL 390591). We operate online and by phone (1300 SURECASH or 1300 787 322) only.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR AN ONLINE LOAN?
Sure Cash Finance provides online loans across Australia, from Perth to Melbourne and regional towns.
Who can apply for a loan online?
Any Australian aged 18 or over, with a regular income, may apply for a loan online. Income can come from wages (full-time, part-time or casual employment), self-employment, or eligible government payments such as Centrelink recipients (including JobSeeker, Disability Support Pension, Single Parent, Carer, and Parenting payments).
Past credit history is assessed as part of the application, and all credit histories are considered. In accordance with responsible lending guidelines, the individual assessment for your online loan considers your overall financial picture, including your income, living expenses and existing debts. Approval is never automatic or guaranteed.

LOAN AMOUNTS AND TERMS
Our Cash Loans are Small Amount Credit Contract (SACC) loans which range from $300 to $2,000. No security is required. Repayment terms can be from 16 days to 12 months.
Our Personal Loans are Medium Amount Credit Contract (MACC) loans which cover amounts from $2,001 to $5,000. Whether an MACC loan requires security (or not) is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The repayment terms can range from 16 days to a maximum of 24 months (with the average term tending to be around 52 weeks). Whether an MACC loan requires security (or not) is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
You can schedule your repayments to be weekly or fortnightly to align with your payday. There are no early repayment penalties. Use our online loan calculator to enter the amount you’d like to borrow and how long you’d like to take to pay it off. The calculator will then show your repayment schedule and the total amount payable before you apply.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
Our online loans cost the same as any other Sure Cash loan, including cash loans online.
Our Small Amount Credit Contract (SACC) loans, from $300 to $2,000, have an establishment fee of 20% of the loan amount plus a monthly fee of 4% of the loan amount. There is no annual interest rate.
Example: For a $1,000 loan over 6 months, there is a $200 establishment fee plus a fee of $40 per month. The total fees are $440 and the total repayable is $1,440.
Our Medium Amount Credit Contract (MACC) loans, from $2,001 to $5,000, charge a $400 flat establishment fee plus 48% p.a. interest.
Example: An online loan for $5,000 over a 12-month term would cost:
$400 establishment fee
$1,318.15 total interest (at a 48% p.a. interest rate)
Total repayable = $6,718.15
Weekly payment of approx. $129.20
Comparison rate: ~61.4%PA
WARNING: This comparison rate is true only for the examples given and may not include all fees and charges. Different terms, fees or other loan amounts might result in a different comparison rate.
The repayment amounts and total cost given in this MACC example are estimates based on a first repayment made seven days after settlement. If your first repayment date is later, interest will accrue for longer, and your repayments may be slightly higher. Your exact repayments will be set out in your loan contract.
